Hey everyone, I hear you guys were wanting more pillowings?! Well good news we could actually use some help too. We're hosting this sale because Sailorcatbutt has the sweetest, most wonderful, just honestly the best rat I have ever met. Her name is Astrid . Poor girl was dumped at the shelter where Cat works and no one would even give her a second glance. Cat decided having owned rats before, she would take her and care for her. Right now Astrid the rat is staying in my house while they work out their moving situation so she doesn't get stressed out. But Astrid needs a new cage and new... well... Everything. She needs toys, beds, chews, the works that all little rats need. Trust me, if you met this tiny sweetheart you'd want to give her the world too. So here we are, hosting the "SMALL CRITTER" sale! Im glad I see some other peoples around here, that know about proper animal care. I see so many peoples owning rabbits, guineapigs, rats and others all alone and if you tell them they need at least one conspecific, they get furious and offending.

^ Exactly that! I'm always hesitant to say something but I figure I don't really care who they are or who it offends as long as it gets my point across, that the animal's welfare is a lot more important than the fact they may be doing something wrong. A lot of people think that just because they spend time with their rat that they don't need a proper sized cage or a companion and I'm just like TTTTTT:

Yeah, I can tell little astrid by her lonesome is getting to her. I just hope we can get her into her new home ASAP, get her all settled and comfortable then maybe sailorcatbutt can start looking for cage mates and companions for her! I just wish I could keep this lil girl forever but darnit all Provinite is allergic to her and dashing all my dreams of being a rat-momma again. ;0; bahhg!

Sure! Just as a warning though, I have no idea when customs will open and if they do I might only be auctioning them off 1 slot at a time not to overwhelm myself. I still have a bit of of a work queue to get through before I ever consider opening customs. So there won't be any ETA on them for a long while. ;v;

Gosh thank you so much, we've done so well so far. If we get enough we can even get her a minor check up at the local vet to boot! (Note: Nothing is wrong with her, but it's good to always have your new pets checked to make sure everything is 100%!)

my fiance and I recently got a couple of cats from a friend, and we're saving for a checkup too, though the two of them seem really healthy. it can't hurt to be sure, especially with cats because they hide illness really well
