Description My first render using blender cycles. Not as good as I expect, have not much time to render high samples please ignore the noise

Looks great for your first Cycles render clover! The noise isn't that bad, how many samples did you use?

Thank you Arch! I use 200 samples, spent almost 1 hour, very slow speed

You're welcome! It looks nice for only 200 samples. How long did it normally take you to do an internal render?

It normally take me almost one and a half hours, but the setting is different between internal render and cycles render

Oh, okay. I've never done an internal render before so I wasn't sure if it renders quicker. My last render had 3000 samples and took nearly 6 hours to finish.

Internal render less noise than low samples cycles render. Oh 3000 samples so high samples it would nearly haven't any noise

I think 3000 is my limit, I'm afraid anything higher would fry my laptop.

Oh i see, how was the temperature of your laptop when you rendered 3000 samples?

It was pretty high. The fan was blowing out hot air and the touchpad felt very warm too. I didn't think it would survive the render.

Yeah that would make everyone afraid if it will explode The render effect using 3000 samples is good enough, keep up the great work!
