My roommate in college (Jed) introduced me to them, making me watch Strange Brew several times (it was often playing in the background while we hung out in our apartment), he was obsessed. I had seen them before in commercials but didn't know there was a movie or that it was an established comedy team. He also introduced me to SCTV, which needless to say is amazing.
