Sonic stares at the horns for a moment when he looks at Lucy's face, seeing that she's being badly treated differently by others without knowing the reason why & he never wanted to treat anyone so badly when they're different, remembering the time when he thought of Tails' time of being treated badly by others.

Knuckles: Let's forget all about, Amy. Let's have lunch.

At the table eating the food, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Cream & Cheese were enjoying it, even Amy was so proud of the cooking she went through with her human friend Ella back at Chris' home world & then she noticed Lucy was very curious about the food on the table when she looks at it.
Amy: Hey, Lucy? What's wrong? Is there some wrong with your food?

Amy: You never seen this kind of food before, huh? I guess it's pretty new to you. There are... Well... There's some salad, mashed potatoes, pancakes, rice, different kinds of sandwiches... Even Chilli Dogs. Sonic loves them a lot.

Amy: Sonic! You don't really think Lucy would like to try out this stuff, do you? Chilli Dogs is not my kind of food I like to eat.
Tails: Even like Aunt Sally & Sonia never likes it more then you don't, Amy.

Sonic thinks to himself that it's very nice to have another friend who is sweet as like Lucy to be around him & the others ever since he, Tails & Knuckles found her & brought her in to their aid.

At a secret base on an Island very far from the city on the ocean that no one knows about, is where all Diclonious Children go to be tested even worse then being tortured by those who are against them & kill them.
Inside the base, two people are in a room inspecting the damage since Lucy's escape there is blood are all over the place & the cage was broken into pieces.
