the photo was taken in hamburg , germany on a legal wall . an association named "grossstadttraum" ( [link] ) was fighting 3 years for this roundabout 2000 meter long flood-protection-wall to get it legal as hall-of-fame . now they get half of the wall and they are talking about the rest (which is already in use as illegal wall) . it's a technical "building" and must be checked in time intervals for material defects like cracks , weak spots aso . if they get it it will be one of the largest legal walls worldwide .
