It's a great photo, but if you really want tips on how to make it better, may I suggest using a manual focus mode if your camera has one. Also, make sure you don't have a high ISO setting. Anything with an ISO speed of 400 or more is too much (at least that's what I've learned).

I've heard that manual focus is hard to achieve, but I can give it a try. My ISO was set at 100; I noticed yours was set at 80, I don't think mine can go down that low. Thanks for your input!

Most of my older moon photos were taken with an ISO of 100, and as for the manual focus: I usually just put it to the farthest setting. Due to the fact that the moon is at an incredible distance, this usually works.

Thanks so much! When in full view, I just don't think it's crisp enough... so I'm thinking the settings could be different? But maybe it's the best my camera can do? Ha...not sure! Thanks though!
