Very nice! I've NEVER had any success with white or light colored backgrounds.

This one would have been better had I had the patience to render at a high resolution that day, but instead I didn't and it left noise.

Wait, is a gajillion more than a bazillion?

Speaking of "Google", it turns out a "googol" is more than both. [link]

I remember in the "Back To The Future" movies the Professor powered the Delorean Time Machine with a Googolplex device. It's an old movie series out of the 80s. That I believe is the only time in my life that I can recall that word actually being used. Wow, it's bigger than any number I could envision. I should have tried harder in math when I was in school. I'm actually mathematically inclined but my math teacher in high school was better than a sleeping pill. He was mono-toned and stiff as a board and I learned NOTHING. Later on in college I had a drafting teacher who knew him and agreed with me that he had no business being a teacher. Well, now we know what's bigger than a Bazillion!

Thank you very much! SpherEye Cylinders are fun to play with, I'm just sad that they were replaced with a different flame in 15C.

What? No, that's not what I mean. The SpherEye Cylinder and SpherEye Bubble where "New Flame" choices other than "Blank Flame", and they were replaced by a flame called "Plastic", along with a few others.
Also, since 15C does not allow additional plugins, and only built-in ones work, the flames actually might not work in it.

Oh... I think you're supposed to save the templates from one version to the other. That's why I went back and downloaded the original 7x... I'd lost the templates. NO PLUGINS? I will NEVER go to 15c!

LOL.. you too, hmmm? Me for sure. I'm sticking with 15B. Yeah... I read where Xyrus02 wrote that in answer to someone... about the templates that is. He still has all versions available for download at this site so you can go get the older versions and the templates.

I may try 15c sometime, just out of curiosity. It doesn't mean I have to stick with it, does it? I'll have a look for those templates. Thanks!

Hmmm... not sure. I guess you can either uninstall 15c to go back to 15b or have one on two different computers. Unlike the regular Apo's I'm not sure you can run both on the computer at one time... especially since you INSTALL this Apo. although... I installed it once, but uninstalled it and them just used the binaries, rather than the install... so maybe in that case you could.

It's got a 64-bit version, though!
And it has A LOT of built-in stuff.

Doesn't the 64-bit version have some problems though? I think I remember some of my friend having problems with it.
It doesn't matter to me because I don't have Windows 7. I had it, and took the computer back because I can't make my EXPENSIVE software work on it. I was soooo ticked off!

Ha! Maybe it's those who have paid for some software that are having troubles. I think the 64-bit one has problems with Chaotica too.
Yup... you got lucky!
