Interesting,I just read the wiki,and it is quite the read too.
Kitten is somewhat immortal as well,but she does have her weaknesses.
Bete is immortal like stated,but Iβm pretty sure that every immortal character have some form of weakness,and I do hope that Camila would soon turn the tables by showing a major weakness of Bete,cuz all the good guys in that AU are dying.

Kitten wins. Why? Because Bete Noire is weak... no, seriously; she's weak. She's had to rely on power-ups for all her fights to win.
Vs Gaster: Gained a new power from absorbing human souls (no bloody am I actually writing that word) the instant before she lost.
Vs Undyne the Undying: Used the HATE vial to survive.
Vs Frisk: Pulled Sans' soul out to fight them instead when Frisk was kicking their ass (which failed thanks to Pap and caused her to retreat)
Bottom line, Bete sucks.
The winner is Kitten.
Uh... slight spoilers for episode 4 part 2... I guess.

That statement really doesn't mean much (She killed a guy with only 1 HP? Holy sh*t!) Plus that really doesn't count as a point for her since he took the blow for asriel (Not to mention he wasn't in any condition to fight at the time either)
Let's take a real good look at Bete's fights so far, shall we?
fight 1: Gaster
Result: victory (gained her power-steal ability (again, not spelling out that name) moments before defeat to pull out a win)
fight 2: Undyne the undying
Result: Loss (Survived only due to HATE vial)
fight 3: Frisk
Result: Loss (Fled after papyrus brought back Sans)
1 win and 2 loses... with that one win due to what I can only call plot convenience.
Now, admittedly, I can't do a similar run-down for Kitten since Neko hasn't shown us any fights with her (from what i've found) but, from what we can gather from the classic Kitten character sheet, we can say this:
She's the strongest of all kitten's (which, when you consider there is at least one that counts as a god, is quite an achievement), and has a blade that both increases all of her attributes drastically, as well as can potentially cut through concepts (the bio does emphasis it can cut through anything so can't count the possibility out) and can also change into any weapon she can think of.
These two facts alone put her leagues above Bete on the power scale.
If you still believe Bete wold win despite this, then by all means reply back and tell me how. I'd be rather interested in hearing it (and I don't mean that sarcastically, I genuinely mean itΒ )Β
