There's a big controversy about photo manipulation and I would just like to announce my take on it.
When I edit photographs, I pay attention to every edit I make and depict whether or not it effects it in a negative manner - i.e. over saturated, over contrasted, just over done in general - but just enough to produce a dreamy effect, depending on the photograph.
Without getting too personable for this particular photograph, I took it laying next to the river my friends from home and I have been spending our summer on our days off. My mind hasn't been right since I moved home for the summer, and I guess I look at this photo the same way I'm waiting to move back. What I hope I'm doing is letting it open to have some sort of emotional effect on the viewer as well. Thanks for taking the time and for viewing!
