30min. spitpaint, Photoshop CC2017. It looks like a lot more than it is heh. To build this up quick I laid out a rough value grayscale head with the deformities set, the value was a little darker than I normally work with. Then I copied the layer and pasted it to make a layer mask of the head, skewed it a bit and set it to overlay. Did a quick run through using the Smudge tool with a scattering brush I like to use for texturing, started painting in higher key areas to bring out more value, and then made another layer to do some highlight/color tint paints on. Another layer filled with color, set to Overlay, then started painting in highlights to bring out the blue edge lighting. I like glowy eyes so I did a quick paint over on another layer to set those up, threw on another set to Overlay to push more saturation and highs and lows.So yeah... remember to brush your teeth... haha

My holiday..isn't that very good actually. Recently i'm addicted to online video game and i tried to quit it but damn it's so difficult, i think i lost some of my skill because some of my brain memories replaced with memories and desire to play that game and it made me really sad.

Haha yeah in about 55-60 seconds? It's ultra fast... take a decent sized brush, swirl it around with Smudge along the edges, new layer, select color, bump up the brightness, start painting inside, set to overlay, smudge edges, duplicate, collapse, viola!
