Pray for Japan, for the people who have lost friends, family and loved ones.Friend of mine that I play Street Fighter with lives over there, and there's a good chance she's lost her mom due to this. However, she's not been found yet, so here's hoping that she's found asap! I dedicate this to you and your family, Stephanie. <3

Praying isn't just about God. If you pray it doesn't automatically mean you believe in a God. If you pray for japan you show sympathy for the people, show that you think of them and that you're not just an arrogant idiot who thinks giving money is enough. 
Just let people do what they want to do. Who are you to decide if praying is good or not?

actually studies prove (no matter the religion or faith) help people.
Think of wishing or hoping. Plus it helps to know people are thinking of you.
Yes money helps, but in long run it's human compassion that does the most good. Faith in fellow humans or creatures, that one pulls though.
Also what happen to the tought that counts? This like a card, plus these pics do help notice the cause.

I hope you will agree that if someone says: pray for japan he doesn't actually mean let's all ask god to make japan a happy place again... no, they mean: let's hope that the people who lost their houses, family etc. will be able to survive this and let's not simply ignore them. if you put a god in that picture or not, doesn't change the meaning.
and you really think people who pray, don't donate money?

No need to be so cold-hearted. For some of us, it's all that we can do. Trust me, if I had the money I'd be sending it to charities to help.
