Actually it was shown in the 90s anime that Sailor Galaxia looked no different then her present day Golden Queen form when she sealed Chaos away. The Kakyuu flashback was meant to be nondescriptive to hide her identity but in Sailor Galaxia's flashback she always wore her gold armored outfit none the less it is a nice pic.
