To be fair, there's another way you can look at it: since this metre was created in this worldline, the divergence number should probably be 0%.

It definitely took a while to complete; about a month for me working on it a few hours a day. I had done a very little of soldering work in the past, so I had to re-learn a lot.
Luckily I didn't have to program the processor myself. I'm not sure how difficult it would be if have programming experience. If you search for "divergence meter project" or "tom titor" on google you can find the individual that designed this meter and programmed the processor. I'm sure you could acquire a pre-programmed chip from him, or I believe he published his program code on the site as well.
