Overall this is a very impressive piece, especially considering how you've not just made a simple tickle picture. You've made a scene involving characters from the series that just makes sense. Without knowing too much about Fate, the explanation you provided is enough to set the tone.
The position Martha is in is very eye-catching. Displayed upon a cross, trapped by otherworldly powers, tormented by her own beast with a blazing flame in the background and sinister villains off to one side. You spared no time putting a lot of detail into the clothing of all the characters here, with the light of the fire catching on the edges. Her battle damaged state only to be humiliated and beaten by her own dragon's tongue is already a fun way to see the scene play out. And after performing a quick Google search, you've matched their appearances perfectly in your style. Evil glaring Jalter and a bug-eyed Gilles easily matches their personalities.
I'll always be impressed with how you create such realistic and warm skin tones, especially considering the circumstances the victims are in. Adding in pink and red tones in all the right anatomically correct places and then the most perfect looking soles, here being lavished with a very realistic looking beast-like tongue.
The only thing I'd want to add is how the flames in the background seem too pixelated. If it was to give the idea of crackling fire I could understand, but even the lower flames appear this way when they should be smoother. At least I think so. But besides that, excellent tickle execution!
