Sparrow Eyes as a codename, his name is Stefan or Stephen Wallace Sparrow, he was a part of the S.A.S. (Special Air Services) British Special force back in the 1980s after he fighting a terrorist during the Iranian embassy incident Stephen become High ranking soldier and then he retired from Special Air services around in 1991,and he works with the Umbrella Corporation and start to joining and formed as Umbrella elite special force serving his life in hell until the outbreak spread toward several countries including his country home.
