This is Mala Mala Jong from Xiaolin Showdown possessing Link's equipment from Zelda Twilight Princess.
Luckily, it seems MMJ couldn't possess the Master Sword, and forgot Link's Slingshot.
Hawkeye: Face
Fused Shadows: Head
Spinner: Body
Fishing Rod: Right Upper Arm
Dominion Rod: Left Upper Arm
Double Clawshots: Hands/Lower Arm
Gale Boomerang: Right Upper Leg
Bow: Left Upper Leg
Iron Boots: Lower Legs
Ball and Chain: Tail
All the rest is worn like a utility belt.

I know the picture on the back of the paper appeared after I scanned it, but I don't want to mess up the picture trying to remove it.
If anyone does a better version tell me because I think this could look really cool if done in color.
