Once I was doing an interview with him and he told me him and his little brother(individually) ate 7 plates of their mothers cooking(Firenze-style lasagna) six pastries, a glass of wine, a pint of milk, and a piece of cake in one night and didn't even feel the slightest bit sick. I could not give him another question about food after that.

The confusing part was "If you want, you can tell me how to do it", because that sounds like you're asking me to tell you how to draw something.
So, I was right- you want a free drawing. My answer is "No" unless you get a screencap of my 10,000 or 12,345 pageview. I don't do free requests (except from my boyfriend), but I am open to commissions (paid drawings).

But Ezio probably eats like a stable of horses with all the energy he's gotta spend doing his assassin biz. If buffets had existed then, they'd have to work double-time just for him.

Pasta is a pretty good choice as a pick-me-up, though- it's a quickly-available energy source. Carbo-loading, like a marathon runner.
Since drawing this I've done a crazy amount of research trying to figure out what he would have actually eaten. I found a nearly-old-enough pasta recipe, and get this: they used rosewater in a lot of cooking because the available water was usually so gross (hence wine was the default beverage of choice, watered wine being given to children and pregnant women). YAY HISTORY. He would've eaten a lot of beans and cabbage, too.

But uuugh, yes, things were pretty gross way back when. As much as I love Ezio and co. I keep thinking about how it was common for folks to have fleas, among other crawling filth. And their teeth... :c

Well their teeth actually weren't always near as bad as everyone often thinks; they had some forms of dental hygiene... but yeah. Pretteh bad smelling. Better put some lavender oil on that, or bathe in rosewater... whether you're a guy or a girl, of course *G* flowery+BO, mmm smells like Renaissance.
