Paint/Arabian cross.I'm so sorry for the the poor quality. I was using a manual tele lens - a 300 mm where you had to had to find the focus yourself since it didn't have any autofocus.
DO:
- Credit me.
- Report the use by sending me a link to your picture.
DON'T:
- Repost the original photo on any site. It must be either digitally altered or used as reference first, but not reposted in its original form. Do NOT just add a piece of text, add a texture etc. Be creative!
Blendings: Very simple blends (basically pasting together 2 photos) is not allowed.
- Redistribute. Do not make precuts, premades or in any way share this photo as a stock photo.
- Claim as your own photo.
SIM/RPG Sites:
- You don't have to ask me - you may use the photos there as long as you follow the terms of use stated above.
- Credits ON the picture when used on sim/rpg sites.
- I do not allow my photos to be used as coats on Howrse.

what about painting the image and selling it offline? and the size would be 150x150... so how should I credit you?

if it's just for reference it's okey not to have any credits on the picture. If you are about to actually sell the drawing like in a gallery or something I of course understand that it's maybe not possible to credit at all.

Vad fina bilder du tar 
Du kan inte tänka dig att sälja rättigheter till bilderna till SIM spel? Alltså att man betalar, får bilderna, de används bara där osv. Har sett många fotografer börjat med det

Det är lite överallt hos vänner och bekanta - iaf de som finns upladdade här. De flesta är stallkompisars och mina egna.
Jag tror att jag nog skulle kunna tänka mig att sälja rättigheter till SIM-spel, om de vill använda bilderna. Nu vet jag inte riktigt hur det funkar exakt med det här med rättigheter. Det är alltså en bild som man säljer som "ensamrätt" till en specifik person?
Som det ser ut nu så får ju bilderna användas på sim-spel, såtillvida det står tydligt vart bilden kommer ifrån och att den heller inte får laddas upp i orginalform (man måste med andra ord manipulara för att få använda).

aha, okej. Har haft lite dålig koll på sånt där, så var bara tvungen att kolla.
Blir det aktuellt att sälja bilder i sånt syfte så är det nog bara en del utvalda bilder, tex de på mina egna hästar eller vänners som skulle kunna ge mig tillåtelse att sälja dit. Aldrig någon där en människa syns eller på en okänd häst.

jo, fast sen är det ju en sak men vad lagen säger och en annan om vad ren etik gäller. Hade jag som ägare velat hitta min häst upplagd på internet då den användes på ett sim-spel helt utan min vetskap? Knappast. Inte jag iaf.
Men annars stämmer det bra att man får använda bilder på andra så tillvida syftet inte är i reklamsammanhang eller kommersiellt.
