I had a '68 the same color, bought it new in Nov. of 1967. It had a 383 in it and the first thing the insurance agent asked "Is it and R/T, if it is we won't insure it". After that, I was kind of glad that it wasn't.

Must have been thrilling to have a brand new Charger back then..!! and I bet it was a rocket ship..!! I've heard alot of 383 stories.. and being put back in the seat..!! I Loved the color of this one, and the white interior was just icing on the cake..

Oh, it was. I had all kinds of problems with it for a while but after everything was straightened out it turned out to be a pretty good car.
Mine had a white interior also....no headrest though and the ignition key still fit in the dashboard.

O! Now your teasing me!! I used to have a 69, Charger but it had a 440. It came with a 318. We took the 440 out of a 72' Road Runner. The car was Dukes of Hazzard Orange! LOL! I don't even have a pic of it. I could totally kick myself.
