It was not a single belt.
They were some belts, turned off the outlines.
Try to have fun and figure it out yourself.

Yeah I already figured it out, after studying your photo a bit more ^^ Interesting way of doing it! To that extend I ended up using a few more layers on top of each other so I could also recreate the outline from the skirt fully.
