You could say clowning is her fate. You could say it's her curse. Daughter of a son of a son of a clown. For generations this was their craft. Papa wanted a boy, so now she puts on the white makeup every night.

They named her Dolores,... Lolo the Clown.

She always figured, she was lucky, papa was a midget, mama was a bearded lady.

Normal kids run off with a Circus. She run away from one. When she was 16 she run away from papa's heavy hand, only to join another troupe, and then another. You can't outrun you fate it seams.

A dragon tamer broke her heart once, but then run off with a sword swallowing lady. I guess he had no eyes for a little clown.
