I really love your work! I love the technique you have on her face and body. I really like how they contrast with the cold blue background, and I like the "hair thing". Love the brush stroke you have there, and especially how well it goes with the theme.
Of course, I also love the theme/emotion you try to convey. You did a good job.

right, lets get this comment right. where do i start:
disclaimer: im not a critic and dont know much of the art lexicon, so forgive my misuse of some terms.
so, lets get the show on the road. i rally like surreal art, esp portraits. but not just a random shuffle of certain features, i like the one that is moreless consequent or coherent, if you know what i mean. yours is very coherent and i love it. i also really like the technique you used here - the strokes are consistent throughout the whole painting, which gives me a good idea of how much skill you have and how many hours you spent with a brush in your hand. thirdly, i love the colours - soft skin tones you used are negative to the blue (with a dash of cyan tint) - i guess i got a thing for complementary colour schemes, as they produce a great contrast.
overall, it is a great portrait with a whole bunch of emotion to it.
i am not sure what you meant in the description, though i got my own interpretation of the image (which, most likely, is nothing like the message you had in mind).
