Elmyra Duff as a giantess playing with a tiny city. While she thinks she's just simply playing with the city, in reality she's actually causing quite a bit of damage. While not intentional on her part, she's just doesn't seem to know the consequences of her actions...

I hadn't drawn this character before, so to avoid having to try and match the design as seen in the TV series I decided to go for a simpler style for Elmyra.

I originally envisioned Elmyra standing above the Looniversity building in Acme Acres. However, I had a hard time trying to figure out how to draw the building in a way that still made it visible enough, and due to so much time having passed since I made the original sketch I opted for a city background instead.
