Description
The Nina is a small cabin cruiser built in 1955 in Fort William, Ontario by a Norwegian immigrant named Jon Olson who built the boat for his family.In 1999 the boat's current owner purchased it and in 2004 would sail from Thunder Bay to Montreal in a single voyage. The boat has been used as a platform for documentary film making in recent years and well as artistic and historical tours of the Lakehead region. She was out of the water getting work done when I saw her.
