i go on gimp and first color the background with a clour ( in this case red, orange and yellow ) then i go to the blend tool. Click it and it says ''gradiet'' click the gradiet thing and you'll see all kinds of things. Click the one that says ''Flare glow angular''. Then you just draw like a ''line''over whatever your drawing i hope it works! and remember USE THE FUZZY SELECT TOOL ! XD
