Preferred Gender:: It's confusing. Tiger Tart if she remembers prefers female pronouns. When she doesn't remember the pronoun question will be met with a confused shrug.
About/Personality:: Tiger Tart likes to collect accessories that remind her of eye balls and wear them. She means well but has a hard time warming up to new faces. Once warmed up to an individual on the occasion that Tiger Tart remembers them she will be her bubbly spacey self! Due to her bad memory it is possible for her to forget someone she has met. Her memory is so bad that she even forgets what pronouns she likes to go by and sometimes she will forget her name.
Why the obsession with eye balls? Well Tiger Tart thinks the concept of things seeing out of small multicolored flesh balls is fascinating, and that's about it.
