This is Boomadic before he had those insane modifications. Before he became that psychotic villain you all know today, he was known as an ancient hero 1000 years ago. All he really needed was his trusty sword which he has crafted himself. People considered him the most powerful man alive. He was really noble and kind to others but his fears and weakness lead him astray trembling into darkness leading him to his evil ways. He eventually ruled over the ancient kingdom that he once called home. He did not received his modifications until he had gotten fatally wounded by someone known as the "Red Thief".

A detail I should point are his eyes Boomadic's eyes were always seen as red depicting the evil that consumed him. His eye color was originally green.
