Thanks a lot^-^
Really yes they do. They are not like normal pens. You must paint fast but if you do you couldn't see any single line you made with them so you've got a area that looks a bit like it was paint with PS. And you can mix the colors on the paper.
I heard there are some other markers like copics and not that kind of expensive but I couldn't find them out. Sorry but this cheap one have you to find by yourself XP. But the cheapeat copic markers cost around 4€ I think it's ok. But you need marker paper or they wouldn't do the best XP.

Just start with the cheap one they are the best to get them to know and buy how could I explain if you buy one there are numbers and letters. The nummbers stand for the intense of the colour and the letters are for their group. The markers of one group works better togehter. If you buy one buy one dark and one light colour of one colour for the light and shadows. For exampel for the purpel dress in my pic I used the color BV02 Prune (dark colour) and BV00 Mauve Shadow (light color). Thats how it work. Good luck. If you got more quetions feel free to ask me.^^

A shop in the town called "Orthloff" but I didn't know if there is one in the UK. Sorry but you can search in the net if there is shop in your town who got them. Search for shops who sell things only for artist they may have them. I knew that designers like to use them for fashion or car design.

^-^ maybe I don't really know it but you can look after Neopiko too they are a bit cheaper but I really don't know if they've got the same quallity as the copic ones sorry. There might be some other markers out there who are just the same and cheap, but they don't suppose to be the Neopiko one...argh that's freak me out XP...
