So I thought I'd draw one of the most popular kids in school...Little Barry Allen aka The Flash. I thought of this sixteen year old fast lad as a sarcastic, trouble making, sneaker craving, class clown who's a natural genius. I'm thinking that you can find him most of the time with his best friend Hal in the hallways trying to get girls numbers. ha! Very cool way of incorporating the Flash costume into workable street clothes. Although I wouldn't have left the full cowl. I think a pair of Flash themed shades or goggles would have worked better. Maybe a Kid Flash type cowl instead?

this is great, but in your world, Barry is definitely Hal's wing man... a young Ollie with the peach fuzz goatee would be a riot. These are fun, very creative.

That's funny, me and my writer brother had a similar idea except with Marvel characters and how they'd all relate to each other if they all went to the same high school. Needless to say we've almost written up a whole season worth of animated awesomeness.
