The first time i took a crack at Mugen sportin an afro.....kinna wanted to do it in more of a anime stlye for some reason.......i dunno.anyways

His right eye looks like it is off at a weird angle, too far to the side of the head, and the head looks a bit off kilter. But it's kind of a tricky angle. (One trick to check this is to flip the paper over and hold it up to the light to see how it looks reversed.) Otherwise, the body, composition, colors all look great and professional. Background looks great and is reminicent of the opening credits. Nice job.

"Ha! Yeah I've been doing that trick for a loooooong time." ~ Ah, yeah, it's a pretty well know trick. Most pros will tell ya that, and I even came across it recently in a 'How To Draw Manga' book. I myself figured it out many years ago from when they used to flip all the translated manga, and just put two and two together.
For a while I was scaning stuff in and flipping it and printing it out in reverse to check, make corrections, rescan back in and just re-flip for the final. But I'm too lazy now, I just hold the paper up to the light and draw real dark on the backside any corretions.
