thanks very much. I think I used Cabintom's GoldenCompass script to generate this off of some random fractal in the list of 100 random fractals that Apo generates.
Then I worked a lot on the gradient. The first one had more drab colors, and I did like it a lot. I wanted to name it New York, New York because it has that art deco skyscraper look to it.

I shortened the name to Art Deco. I really like this one a LOT in its huge format. It's an incredibly complex pattern, and the shading on it was gorgeous. I liked the muted tones, but I wanted to make something that kicked. I saved several different gradient parameters of this fractal, but finally hit upon the Chacha one as my favorite. Aparently, a lot of other people liked it also!
