IIRC, they're cosplaying as female characters from the Dynasty Warriors games series, which, of course, recount the greatest battles of Old China.

i don't think it's an anime
but i know it's a triditional chinese dress called the " hanfu "
i tryed drawing a hanfu on my page, go check it out plz comment
