Description

So last week Flight Rising released a "Fin" gene for gaolers and I looooooveeee iiiittttttt so I decided to try to draw one of my new dragons!

Just drawing FR dragons is one thing, but trying to color a full body is some kind of nightmare scenario lmaooo. They are so busy! It's hard enough when you are doing it with digital layers, I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea trying to do it traditionally

But it came out fine I think!! Despite not knowing what is going on with mosaic gene. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I managed to get a couple in progress scans so I might put together a process thing later (its been so long since I did one of those) - I was experimenting around with different media in a new sketchbook so it's a bunch of different layers. The base is watercolor, then I started adding in water-based markers, posca pen, some gouache, and a little bit of colored pencil and white pen.
