i was on my way to genetics today and i saw a squirrel (not an uncommon occurance, in fact its so common that i would find it odd to NOT see a squirrel on my way to class.) and some form of goofyness took over, I remembered Eddie Izzard's bit about squirrel "they sit there eating away, then they suddenly stop.... as if thinking to themselves " did i leave the gas on?..."Related content

I was searching around for art based on Eddie Izzard and happened onto this piece. I'm working on a huge community project for a birthday gift for Eddie Izzard - a book of fan art, stories from fans and lots and lots of signatures. At the moment, we're only looking at creating the one book, with the idea that with Eddie's and all the artists' approvals we may eventually publish the book, sell it, and donate all profits to Amnesty International. But this idea is secondary to that of the b-day present.

Haha, great Eddie Izzard quote! Squirrels do indeed rule, although my Nanna has gone a bit crazy and shoots them with a super soaker filled with disinfectant. Retirement can do strange things to you...

Haha, very cute! I love that bit, as I love most of Eddie Izzard's stuff. Cute, expressive and slighty demented looking all in a nicely done simplistic form.
