The pitbull species is not born bad. They are taught to be mean, by mean people looking for ways to get more money. The species was created for dogfights, yes, but they were taught to fight. Starved, beaten from birth, and then they're pitted against each other. I really do think you host a grudge against these dogs. We're the bad people here-- not the dogs.

Wishing death upon a breed of dog simply for the negative light they have been cast into. Do you believe pitbulls want to be the primary target used in dog fighting? They are only as violent as the humans who breed them are.

Police dogs are trained in numerous more ways other than to be vicious. They are taught restraint as to not attack their handlers or other dogs, not to attack until instructed, and to release their jaws from their target when commanded. They are not beaten and abused to learn these lessons; they are given months of thorough lessons with expert trainers who care for the animals.
Police departments do not operate dog fights when their personnel are off-duty.
Pit dogs are essentially taught only a single rule: fight or die.
Do not compare the two. They are nothing alike.

Pitbulls are not vicious dogs, they are not born that way. They are taught to do the things they supposedly 'did', by cruel humans. If taught the correct way any other dog is taught, it will be a good dog who is very loyal to you. Why do you hate these creatures so much?
