I took my inspiration to draw this from all the amazing stories set in magical lands and mystical forests I have read growing up. On a vintage base, I wanted to bring out the beauty of a mandala growing within a forest of gold.This artwork is very similar to the Wallflower artwork I posted a few months back. I'm loving how the combination of black and golden has come out on a vintage look base.
