Well... this is the 6th deviation in 6 days... I just keep going and going...I end up looking through stock for hours and then something just hits me, and its such a cool feeling! Anyway, heres another, hope you like it.I was so tired when I uploaded, I realized that I completely forgot to mention my inspiration for this...Myst, The Book of Atrus (yes Myst the video game, for those that don't know about it - but there are also 3 books, soon to be a 4th!) Anyway, this one one of my favorite parts of the book, when it rained in the desert.
"Isn't it wonderful!" she said, putting her face up to the rain, her eyes closed in ecstasy. "Close your eyes Atrus, and feel it on your face."

OMG!!!! You read the books as well!!! It's been so long since I've read them, but I have two of them... I didn't even know it was a video game until I'd finished the books... Now there's gonna be a fourth!!! Do you know the details on the fourth? I am very much interested... my fav book was also the first one and I really liked the rain in the desert scene as well...

I don't know any details on the fourth, just that its called The Book of Mirram (I think)

Oh! I just noticed the description change about Myst! I haven't read the books yet, but my Step-dad has; he recommends them highly. I've played some of the games with my daughter - she loves Yeesha! Did you play Uru? That was my Arielle's (my daughter's) favorite - rain in the desert plays an important role in that one, too.
I think I may read the Myst books to Arielle after we finish the W.I.T.C.H. series.

Yes I played Uru and all of the other games as well lol...I am an addict. Yeesha plays a big part in Msyt 4 (very very good especially if you know the story behind the brothers) & 5 (comes out tomorrow!!!). You should grab those for her

Lately my muse has been sitting on my shoulder, whispering in my ear, and I just keep creating... its so much fun
I have a fussy baby also who likes to stay up til the wee hours so I stay up all night with him and its very quiet in my house at night, and he sits on my lap and watches me lol, then I sleep all day! lol

I almost didn't catch the raindrops when I first looked at it... I think I would have made them just a smidge more obvious (I'm nitpicking again

I fixed it! I posted this in some art forums I go to, and I knew something was missing you know? They gave me some feed back, but not about the rain, but when I was fixing other things I thought, nah this rain needs to be more visible, and so I think if you look now you will see its better imo, also added other fine tuning details, and some water.

OOOoooo! This is way better! 
The only other thing that bothers me (and this is very minor!) the left hand -
you may want to darken it a bit, since it's resting in shadow. (sorry I didn't catch that the first time!)
It looks like you lightened up the dress a bit - I like it that way
