Malister Launer is an alien (of course) who's race doesn't actually have a form or sex, they make a new form by reading your hormones to get a species and a gender along with the type of clothes that the species expects them to wear. all that remains constant between transformations is blue skin and antennas. Her species also gains information from blood transfusions, although with some temporary side effects which vary between species.She is the head scientist aboard the U.F.O (United Federation Onlooker) spaceship FAR REACH. She has currently been reaserching humans for the last 30 years. I take it you all see what I do, right?

Depends on the alien giving the transfusion. Most of the time they use the grunts, who are still smart btw, to give their blood to a human which results in the blood flowing through the body, giving their skin a hint of blue, and flowing up into the humans brain. Now if the giver was smarter, say Launr, the brain would have to bottle neck the info stream, due to it not comprehending it at first, causing the body to fill up with brain juice until the brain processes it.
