Found paper collage on the envelope Mike Essl (Cooper Union rep.) handed me at portfolio day.apprx. 3.75x5 inches.
Some watered down acrylic applied in the form of yellow, white, and black washes to edit things just a bit.
Full view seems a little pixelated on my computer but you may be able to see a few subtle lines/textures/etc.
This only took three hours and twenty minutes.
Shortest one yet, I think.

Something that fascinates me about this is that you've created a sense of everything being multilayered, all the elements of the image covering one another only partially, so I get a sense of the continuous even when there's nothing to continue. I'm talking about the triangular thingy on top of the R: Because of its placement and the lines of the things around it, it looks like something that's going through the R and being continued underneath it, but closer inspection shows that it's just a fragment. Kind of an optical illusion. Extremely poorly phrased, I hope you understand the gist of what I mean nonetheless.
And the cherries make me hungry for candy, which is sad. They should be making me hungry for cherries.
