I happen to find Loli character's painfully adorable, and I've noticed a lack of Loli stamps on DA (at least to me it seemed that way). So, again, i decided to make my own, rather than do more important work.

First up, Tianzi, the empress of the chinese federation from Code Geass. Her white hair plus odd pale red eyes makes her an instant fav of mine, despite the fact she does almost nothing herself in the show. She's just so damn cute and with a great colour scheme, even with her clothes.

Though what did disturb me was, in the episode with her arranged marriage, she was shown to have been wearing a garter (as she huddled in a corner after being kidnapped by the good guys). She's like, ten years old guys, I like my lolis cute, not smexy!
