This is my cosplay for Anime North this year! It's the smiley made famous by 4chan. I made it out of cardboard, bristol board, an old belt, and even made a little parascope so I can see out the bottom

I have a 27" monitor, so I traced the parts of the face onto lined paper, then made stencils.
