This is absolutely adorable. I love her expression and the background you did. The little fluffy wings are so pretty and cute. And the way you did her tail stripes is awesome. And how you drew her lil feetsies and hands, just ahhh <3 I love this so much and it's okay about the hair. It probably looks better without, anyways.
