I know that my original idea was for him to be the same age as Baby Autumn; (about 4 months old) But as you can all see...he came out quite larger than I had expected.I would guess, he is closer to 8-10 months old at this point of sculpture, so that would make him more of an adolescent than anything else.
That is why this piece will be referred to as "Winter" instead of "Baby Winter." This is the maximum size that I can fit into my oven.
He is 14" tall, and 18" long, and weighs a whopping 8 lbs!

At first I thought it was a plushie when I saw those beads and other pretty stuff.
But then I realized it was the most detailed sculpture ever saw.

Well,...He is still available once I can completely finish his base. I also have to make some modifications too. Right now he is just sitting on my studio shelf patiently waiting to be worked on.
I do take commissions if you would like that.

No worries! Take your time. I'm not going anywhere. I do take bank checks, and money orders. I would ask for a 50% deposit, and then the balance upon finishing the sculpt. The shipping and handling may be tricky depending upon what country you live in. I will have to insure your commission, especially if it is larger than 10" (inches) in either height or length.
Example is the 'Baby Autumn Dragon' she was 12" long and 9" tall. That 'Baby Winter Dragon' is currently 14" tall, and 18" long. And that is without his eventual base. His current shipping was approx $50.00 but his insurance was a pricey option. Most commissions Customers who are somewhat local rather come and physically pick up their pieces.
Also a note: depending on how large the piece is, It can take months to complete, as I am a perfectionist...This could work to your advantage, because you would have all that time to save up for the balance. I would establish a means for you to view its progress, like in my blog: [link] or via face book or even twitter. I also can email you direct with images or links as well as using this site here on deviant art.
If you could have access to pay pal then I could establish a payment plan. (which is clients' favorite option).

This is positively gorgeous. I LOVE how you handled the scales. It's so different from most other dragons here, and makes him look so fancy (I WISH I could think of a better word... sorry)
