Rainbowshy is my RD Brushable (or as I like to call it, my "Dashie Brushie")
She looks like in this picture, with the Fluttershy Neckmane and tail... That is why I imagined Rainbowshy in my head, and here she is.

Its in the description ^___^

And yeah, she could be an offspring of RD and Shy... But she wasn't intended as one...

Brushables are the figurines of MLP that have synthetic hair. You can style the hair in a specific way.

I styled Dashies hair like a mixture of Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. And that is how I got the inspiration for this piece.
