Approximately 1/48, or 28mm scale, or the most common scale for tabletop war games.
I used to play a lot of Warhammer 40K.

A little bit of everything. Polymer clay, 2 part epoxy, paper mache, acrylic paint, and plaster. I use different materials for different parts of the same piece.
