I customized the Alpha Hud from the DooM Alpha. That's what I did: I edited the font (including numbers and letters and made a highlighted version from it), cleared up some weird pixels in the "message log" window, added some custom compass arrows, paletted the weapons to fit in the top left window (I used the shotgun as a reference), drew some borders for the "message log" and inventory screen and left a template for the map in the top right. If anyone is interested in the psd for some custom editing please credit me and send me a link to your project

No it's a psd. If you (or somebody else) know(s) how to compile this into an IWAD this could work. I basically broke the old thing down to it's components and fixed some things. So do you want the password ?
