Story Synopsis:

After the end of the series, On the 2nd of July evil aliens seeking the anhilation of the human race arrive on earth deploying gigantic city destroyer ships all around the globe and destroying the main human cities.

Six hours before the city destroyers fire their primary weapons, Wade finds a signal that he thinks is a countdown to the imminent attack. Kim Possible and Ron take Wade to the White House while the Possibles, the Stoppables and Wade's family evacuate to a safe location.
Dr. Drakken is held captive in the White House when Kim, Ron and Wade arrive, and after showing Wade's findings to the president, they evacuate to Area 51 on the presidential plane.

On July 3 Shego (who was at California during the attacks) reports to the nearby military airforce base El Toro
as a volunteer (wanting revenge for the destruction of Go City, thinking her brothers died in the attack) and, giving the circumstances and her legendary flight abilities, is accepted in the Black Knights squadron. The Black Knights are obliterated due to the alien ships having invulnerable energy shields, Shego being the lone survivor and arriving at Area 51 carrying an alien prisoner.

Now, The president of the US, Kim Possible, Shego, and company have very little time to plan an effective counteroffensive before the city destroyers destroy every human population centers.
