Description I dedicate this painting to Steppeland.
A lady with a golden heart and a force to be reckoned with here on DA.
I am glad to have met her here on DA

Painting information :
Based on the italian model Luca Loi, painting of face and body 5 hours.
Hair and ceremonial dagger 4 hours (had to redo the dagger because the first one would have cut the body - I had to correct an anatomical mistake)
Silk cushions and carpet made entirely myself 3 hours, little patterns borrowed from the pencils of obsidian dawn. Thanks
Background with tile borrowed from myself from the dancer drawing.
Blending everything and correcting 2 hours.
All in all about 15 hours of intense work.
It is my first male drawing so I still have to learn a lot but at least it didn't end in the dustbin.
I hope my 3 harem girls are content.

It was the first guy I ever painted and I got so ridiculed at home over this, my husband and 2 sons want to see girls lol

geen enkel probleem hoor lieve vriendin!
Ach, ik schilder al iets makkelijker dan toen lol, die laatste man zag er wel al wat beter uit.
als er ooit nog eens iets heel puur, no nonsence uit mijn wacom komt zal ik zeker aan je denken.
PS. effe iets in het nederlands, een goede vriendin van ons heeft het momenteel heel heel hard, ik denk dat ze alle steun kan gebruiken die ze kan krijgen, mondje dicht dat het van mij komt hÊ.

Indeed, this time I feel I learned a lot.
I especially learned not to give up in the face of difficulties.
From now on I try to do complete works, a huge assignment for someone as lazy as I.
Gij gelukkige, gij moogt naar Waterhouse gaan, alles vertellen hÊ!
Mijn pc staat hier net onder een grote poster van Waterhouse, Circe...
Met zo'n invloed kan het niet fout lopen hÊ.
Oeps, twee talen gemengd, who cares.

Ik ben eerder bezeten als ik wil tekenen, maar soms lui in de afwerking, maar ik werk eraan

oh dank je wel zeg!
dat doet me echt heel veel plezier.
Ik heb hier echt op gesukkeld en gesakkerd, zoveel liep mis!
De eerste dolk kon onmogelijk tegen zijn lichaam liggen, anders sneed hij in zijn been.
Heb andere dolk moeten tekenen, algauw een uurtje extra want zonder dolk was het enkel maar een mooie jongen in een paar kussens.
Maar ja, ik ben ook wat tevreden met het resultaat.
Ik ben nu echt bezig met decor, het vraagt tijd maar het maakt de werken wel mooi af.
Ja ik ben gelukkig, voor even althans, tot een nieuw werk me weer opvreet volgende vrijdag.
