Description I drew the pose with a photo reference. So, a little bit of cheating here. And I know where the light source is because of the photo so I know where shade.

By making this I got a better understanding of how clothing folds work. Creases just don't happen randomly going every direction like how I used to make them.

Let's just hope I can draw something like this without a reference next time.

oh I love this one as well! great work with those clothing folds, and choice of colour, it really fit's him. I really like the shirt, with the small buttons like that! Nice transition from his Kazekage outfit.
you also did really good with his expression, kinda worried, also he looks just like a youth, not yet an adult, which if I didn't mess something up is about his age when he becomes Kazekage, right?

What astonishes me really a lot is your detail and work in general with the hand and feets, those turned out really well. over all, I think the only thing with room for improvement is the shadow, it doesn't have the hairstructure, and is if I think of it, probably not at the right place. but hey, it's great as it is, and if one doesn't think about it, it doesn't look out of place at all

You are awesome as always.  I can always count on you on giving me advice.  I would not have noticed... actually I did not know how shadows were supposed to be drawn.  Now you mentioned it, it's like enlightenment.  Thank you!!!!  As for the hands and feet, especially the feet, I had reference, so it was kind of like cheating, but not every time drawing with reference turned out ok, so I'm still proud of it.  As for he folds I was really satisfied with them, I modified them here and here to suit his outfit.  I'm more satisfied with what I learned than how things turned out.  Again, thank youn for your kind words.

Oh you are welcome. I am glad my words help you. I know myself how feedback can help and inspire, motivate. I don't think reference drawings are cheating. I use a lot of references to get better.
That sounds like a great feeling, being satisfied with what you learned. I love noticing that. For me the way in general is often more interesting than the end product You are very welcome. it's a pleasure to analyze your drawings for you!
