Vision - It's a simple concept - an iPod and a little sticky note. However, sometimes simplicity is the most beautiful thing of all, and you've proved it in this picture. The fact that it is simple makes it perfect, in a way. Although there is a lot of blank space in this photo.
Originality - I haven't seen anything like this on dA, actually. I think it's cool. However, I notice the title is 'Music is Love 2' which mean there are multiples of this same concept in your gallery, and so it might lack originality when it comes to terms of your gallery.
Technique - You have good technique. I like the spacing of them, how they overlap each other and are centered. The background is very plain (maybe use a different color?) and there is a lot of it. I like the technique you used on the little notecard, it looks very natural, and I like the fact that the hearts are outlined, it makes them stand out. The fact that the screen and the cover on the iPod are the same color is kind of hard, because, at first glace, I couldn't even see where each ended.
